My approach is trauma-informed and grounded in understanding the role substances or behaviors have played in your system.

This also includes understanding how the brain’s reward system reinforces patterns over time and how to begin shifting that in a way that’s realistic and sustainable.

We don’t just focus on stopping the behavior, we look at what’s underneath it, what it’s been helping you manage, and how your nervous system has adapted over time.
